
User Profile
The first step in using is establishing a system user account. This account allows verification of your company affiliation information, and also makes it possible to eliminate the need to have you fill in demographic form fields from referral to referral. Information collected to create a user account is used only to facilitate the transaction process. Such information is never disclosed to third parties. You can make changes to your profile at any time.

Service Scheduling
IME’s and Peer Review Services offered by MES Solutions can be scheduled through . This is done using a secure referral request form that captures all of the necessary information. The information about you such as name, e-mail address, company, etc. is automatically filled out based on the information in your user profile. When the completed form is submitted, the service is scheduled. You are then provided with all pertinent information via e-mail.

Case Tracking
Once a service has been scheduled, you can monitor it’s status via . Check points include show/no show status, exam date/peer review date, transcription completion, and report completion. You can track the status of your referrals individually using your case number, or you can check on the status of a group of cases by simply entering a date range.

Report/Review Delivery
When a report/review is shown as completed, you have the option of having it delivered to you via e-mail. All that is required on your part is to simply click on the provided link and the report/review will be sent to you. Reports/ reviews that are sent via e-mail use the Adobe Portable Document File (PDF) format. This avoids printing difficulties that can arise with different printers. To ensure that the content of reports/reviews sent via e-mail are not compromised during the delivery process, they are encrypted. At the time your user account is established, you will be provided a password that will be used to open reports/reviews that are sent to you through e-mail.
